I specialise in disability, chronic pain, long term health conditions, domestic abuse, narcissistic abuse, abusive/controlling relationships, anxiety, stress and trauma.

Sessions are via video call, so that is has all the benefits of therapy in the comfort of your own environment.  This means even if you are having a flare up of pain, mobility/access is difficult, you are not using valuable energy getting to your sessions.   

Sessions are an hour long and we agree to the frequency when booking your appointments, this can be done in block booking or at each session when you want to book your next one.  To start with it is better if you can do weekly or fortnightly, but I also understand that money can dictate the choice as well.
